Julia was born and raised on Cape Cod. She graduated from Chatham High School in 2008 and went on to get her associates degree in business at Cape Cod Community College in 2010 and her MA Real Estate license in 2011. She has spent the last 10 years working in the rental department at John C. Ricotta and Associates. Now, in order to fulfill her love for real estate but also accommodate her expanding family, she has turned to the flexibility of real estate sales.

Julia and her husband reside in Harwich with their two children and their dog.  When she is not in the office, you can find her at the beach or out on the boat with her family.
