Julia was born and raised on Cape Cod. She graduated from Chatham High School in 2008 and went on to get her associates degree in business at Cape Cod Community College in 2010 and her MA Real Estate license in 2011. She has spent 10 years working in the rental department at John C. Ricotta and Associates before switching to the sales side in 2019 to accommodate her young family.

Julia and her husband reside in Harwich with their two children and two dogs.  When she is not in the office, you can find her at the beach or out on the boat with her family.
